Been with this vet for a few years, have all of my dogs, 4 Dachshunds, registered here. Recently my dog had to have cherry eye surgery, £606 for the operation which included a buster collar and eye drops, operation was a disaster, I knew something wasnt right from the get go her eye was a mess but I thought this was part of the healing process, took her in 5 days later for post op check and discovered that the vet had stitched her eye up incorrectly where the stitches were inwards towards her retina which further caused an abscess, huge pain for my girl and other £55 for the check up, atrocious. Reception staff are extremely rude and care nothing for your pets, FYI it is not professional to come to work wearing a Portadown Band sweater, sectarianism at its finest. Needless to say I will be finding another vet practice to look after my dogs, im just sorry I didnt leave sooner.

Very disappointing the receptionist over the phone was rude and lacking sympathy for my pet. No compassion or understanding when I was only asking for advice. Kindness costs nothing.

From the moment I stepped into willow vets I knew I had made the right decision.Took my cat with a nasty wound on his back leg and Susan performed a first class professional job stitching him up, job done. The staff are very pleasant and had an empathetic attitude that did not go unnoticed and Willows is now my new go too vet for any issues with Ozzy. Highly recommend.

Vets Susan Christa Georgina and Paul all provided excellent care to our very ill wee dog . As a result of their dedicated care we were able to have our wee girl to love for an extra 20 months. We will always be extremely grateful to them for her excellent care and to Paul for his gentle kindness with her in her final moments. Thank you all xx

We've just moved to the Craigavon area and had heaps of recommendations to sign up with Willow Vets. Our wee pup took unwell this morning and even though we hadn't manage to register with them yet, they had an appointment within 2 hours of calling to avoid him suffering all day. Lovely calm staff who you can tell really care about animals. We thought the price for treatment and medication to take home was so reasonable too. We're really happy that we've found a friendly and helpful new vets that we can now bring our pet too. Frankie says thanks Willow!
