I’ve had an extremely positive experience from start to finish at Armagh orthodontist. Dentists Jane and Kate and the entire team are very professional and perfectionists at what they do. From receptionists to dental staff, everyone always made me feel welcome and nothing was ever a problem -for example if i needed to reschedule an appointment. I am so happy with the result of my smile and could not recommend the Invisalign journey enough! Thank you very much to the whole staff, you are all so hard working and amazing at what you do. If you are thinking of starting your dental journey definitely book a consultation, i just wish i would have done it sooner!

I’ve been really disappointed with this orthodontic clinic. The atmosphere always felt cold, and the aftercare was basically nonexistent. After spending thousands of pounds—almost £4,000—I expected much better. What really annoyed me was being charged £40 for being 10 minutes late. I understand lateness is inconvenient, but after paying thousands into my treatment, I would’ve expected a bit of understanding. Overall, not a great experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Terrible experience I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid the same frustration. My time at this orthodontic clinic was nothing short of disappointing. From the beginning, the front desk staff were consistently rude and unprofessional. Basic courtesy like greeting patients, answering questions politely, or even making eye contact seemed like too much to ask. Any attempt to get clarification on treatment or scheduling was met with attitude or eye rolls. But what really pushed this over the edge was the complete lack of aftercare. Once they received their final payment, it felt like I was no longer their concern. I had issues with my retainer and tried multiple times to get a follow-up appointment — emails and calls went unanswered or were brushed off with vague responses. When I finally got in, I was rushed through, and my concerns were barely acknowledged. Orthodontic treatment is a long and expensive process, and patients deserve better — especially when it comes to professionalism and post-treatment care. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. There are plenty of other practices that treat their patients with respect and follow through on their promises.
