First visit yesterday with my new kitten for first vaccinations and health check. The vet was very friendly and so good with my kitten who unfortunately has ear mites so treatment was a little uncomfortable for him. All information was provided and no hidden costs. The information inside the kitten pack is very informative and treats, food and toy inside the kitten pack was a lovely touch. Receptionist was very friendly and approachable - all details thoroughly check and all information provided.

I had to take my dog to be put to sleep. Vet Paul took care of Charlie and me so well. He explained what would happen and allowed me to take my last time with Charlie for as long as I wanted. Vet Paul is truly a great vet and so kind. He made a difficult situation for me peaceful and kind. Thanks Paul

Thank you for looking after Suzy from 2009 not that we needed u much but the way you have looked after my husband and me this last fortnight I want to thank you from the bottom of or hearts when we had to say goodbye you made the very hard decision for us a little more easy for her and we will always be truly thankful

Have used this veterinary practice for at least 8 years now and find the staff very helpful and pleasant. The small animal vets used have always been courteous, knowledgeable and have time to listen and respond to your concerns about your pet. They accept most main brands of pet insurance and will handle claims efficiently taking the task off your shoulders. All in all, first class service. Highly recommended.

I had to take our family dog to be put to sleep. We are so grateful to Parklands and for Rose and Lucy helping our dog pass peacefully. The dignity they gave Bertie and the kindness shown was very much appreciated during a difficult time.

I couldn’t recommend Parklands enough. From the moment we go in the dogs are treated like they belong to the staff there. The knowledge and skills of all of the staff is fantastic. Our dogs have no anxiety going in and if something happens and we need an appointment last minute, they are very accommodating to seeing the dogs.

We took our very sick dog to several vets who struggled to help our dog buddy due to it being the weekend. His health deteriorated rapidly and I nearly lost him several times that morning trying to find a vet in the mid ulster area. Parklands saved his life. The team including Rachel, Shannon, Clare and Liz were incredible. The level of care and the effort they put in to save our dog was unbelievable. The cost for all tests and overnight care was a fraction of what we paid for a consultancy and bloods in Belfast Vet Now. We have moved our vets to parkland and are here to stay for the foreseeable. Thank you
