Highly recommend. Willow was well cared for by the Cookstown team. I was not only called after surgery to let me know how she was while in recovery, I also got a picture of her and a lovely message.😊

I have used the services of many different vets over the past 10 years or so and i can honesty say that my experience with visiting Parklands has always been exemplary and professional. In particular i would really like to thank Aoife who at our first consultation was a lblinding ray of light in a dark time for us after being given a less than optimistic prognosis by a different vet for our dog - Chewie. We were told by Chewies previous vet that there was no hope and that chewie ahould be put down at the end of that week! So it came as total surprise and joy when Aoife told us that yes Chewie had issues but could in fact be saved and set out a 6 week plan of action to save her. Chewie is now recovering from surgery and is almost back to her usual cheeky, playful self. Aoife was always a pleasure to meet and was never too busy or tired to help us. We knew at all times that Chewie was always in good hands with her. I'd like to also thank the staff at reception who were always polite, friendly and helpful. Thank you all. Peter & Lizanne

I just wanted to leave a glowing review for how beautifully Vet Georgina cared for our little Poppy this morning. Great friendly staff

The highest possible gratitude and admiration for the Parklands staff I interacted with regarding a little stray at my mum's place (Aoife, Louise and another person by email, I believe). Although it was not a positive outcome for the Wee Man I brought in, it is heartening to know he isn't suffering any more and that there are animal care providers whose pragmatism and compassion make such endings a little gentler. All the very best to the team, and thank you for the swift support and assurance that he'd have a kind transition "over the rainbow bridge". x

Had my cat in to get spayed and microchipped with the vet Georgina lastweek. Excellent service. Booked on Wednesday, was taken Friday morning and was home again by lunchtime Friday. Back for a follow up with the nurse on Monday, who was lovely, and checked Ember over to make sure her wound was healing well. 100% would recommend and will continue to use Parklands for my pets needs.

would not go to any other vets. highly recommend parklands to everyone. vets can be scary places for our beloved pets, especially when they aren't feeling well, but they are treated with such care and have such a great experience while there. one of my dogs actually gets excited when we pull up outside as she knows she will be spoilt rotten while there. from annual boosters, emergencies, and operations, they go above and beyond in very aspect.. I went in for a lump on my dog’s stomach, was told it was an infection and Parklands claimed that she was clear of any cancerous cells. Turns out my girl has breast cancer and we only have her for a few more months. Makes me wonder if my previous dog was able to be saved. There’s not enough people who actually care about animals and family in parklands. We had been with this vet’s since I could think, but that’ll be changed.
