I brought my Beagle for his annual vaccination. He is a scared little man and hides behind me. From the moment you enter this very busy practice to the moment you leave you are in safe hands. The reception staff are fabulous, they are friendly, knowledgeable and will accommodate your animals needs as required to help them settle. The clinic staff are excellent. You have their entire focus as you explain any issues you are having with your pet. They are interested in responding to your and concerns and questions. The practice is led by Liam who remains very hands on and was whom we saw yesterday. With his wealth of knowledge, it would be hard to get better. A 5 star service always. Was having difficulty finding appointments at vets close to me, but was able to use the quick & easy online booking system to find a next-day one here. All staff were friendly and costs were kept to a minimum, normally would expect lower costs to equal a lesser standard of service, but value and quality here. Can't recommend enough, especially if traveling from across the border, worth the extra few minutes.

Had a very nervous Nala in this morning to get her yearly vaccinations and Kennel cough , Cattie was fantastic with her really took her time and settled Nala , she didn't even know she'd been injected and the kennel cough was no problem at all . This was the best experience Nala has ever had with her injections, will definitely be asking for Cattie next year . 5⭐

This is a fantastic practise. The reception ladies were very kind and fast taking us in with our cat. Top class care from the vets and very reasonable on the price. Great experience here with these guys.

Staff go above and beyond. Had to reschedule an appointment, very last minute, and I was easily accommodated without any fuss. Vet on duty did a full MOT on our dog before his vaccinations, and answered any questions I had. The Ladies at the desk were very helpful and friendly, and the cleaning lady was not upset or annoyed when my dog pee’ed on the door frame whilst she was cleaning ( sorry ). He has failure to adhere to established norms of conduct. 🫢 Thank you Newry Vets! As always, amazing service.
