My black labrador called Hunter just loves visiting the vet as he treats him like own dog and calls him by his name when he enters the surgery.

This visit was unbelievably atrocious. Our appointment had not been recorded. When I arrived with a dog, which is anxious and will not enter the surgery. I was told a vet would be with me. We waited outside in the car. A vet appeared and had to deal with another animal, but said he would be back shortly, half an hour later I had to go back into reception to find out what was happening, ten minutes later a vet arrived at the car to provide a kennel cough vaccination. After twenty five years with this surgery, I will never be back.
