Made the mistake of taking my cat here, dreadful experience, a suspicious wound appeared when I got him home, that looked like it had been done with the clippers they use, fur missing and bad skin abrasion, he went in for as it turned out a constipation issue. Took back and first of all they stuck a plaster over it, won't nd still open, next they only stitched around wound, still leaving it exposed, home again then back and another vet said it needed completely stitched, which was done, (should have been done in first place) then took him for check up, and young vet nurse removed stitches telling me wound was fine and didn't need cone, recovery suit and could let him outside again, but by the evening of same day wound was completely open again!! Now using a professional practice who have done a great job, and I will never ever use this excuse for a veterinary practice again. Incompetence at the highest level! Also a lack of empathy from staff and more interested in how much money they could squeeze out of me which was alot. As another reviewer said, if you love your pet, avoid this one at all costs!! You have been warned!!

This Vetanary group in Armagh are without doubt the most passionate, caring, skilled people I have ever met. The vets, nurses and receptionists are all truly special the way they deal with pets and their owners. I want to thank them all for the care of my dog Dylan for the past 8 years and especially more recently when we had to say goodbye, it was done with such dignity and compassion. My small chihuahua went in for a pyometra surgery and all i can say is that the care and the professionalism is on a whole different level. They are clear, honest and my dog was taken supreme care of if you ever need a vet go here.

Our cat needed emergency treatment on Easter Sunday. We called the clinic, and the vet told us he was already on his way. We live just 10 minutes away, and by the time we arrived, he was already there waiting for us. He was unbelievably gentle and careful with our cat. I’m no expert in veterinary care, but it was clear he took time to consider everything thoroughly before starting treatment. Given the urgency, quality of care, and the holiday timing, the final price was more than reasonable. Truly grateful for the compassion and professionalism.

Very nice receptionist that took my call to get our puppy vaccinated and pleasant when we arrived at th surgery, as for the vet, he had no people skills whatsoever, was not pleasant and did not make me or our puppy feel at ease or welcome. We seemed to be an inconvenience for him being there. Will not be going back.
